This notice is for the Mini Courtroom mobile game published by 404 Games Limited. It supplements our studio Privacy Policy.

Summary

  • We don’t sell or rent your data.
  • Gameplay progress is stored on your device.
  • Optional cloud backup uses Apple iCloud (iOS) or Google Play Games Saved Games (Android) — not Firebase.
  • Optional leaderboards and achievements use Apple Game Center (iOS) or Google Play Games (Android).
  • Ads may be shown via Google AdMob unless you remove ads.

Data We Store Locally

To make the game work offline, we store on your device:

  • Gameplay progress (scores, streaks, unlocked packs, per-pack stats)
  • Settings (haptics, sound, music, theme, reminders)
  • Daily / weekly challenge status and resume state
  • Purchase entitlements such as Remove Ads (validated with the app store)

You can reset local data in Settings → Reset Progress.

Cloud Backup

  • iOS: Progress may sync through Apple iCloud Key-Value storage tied to your Apple ID.
  • Android: Progress may sync through Google Play Games Saved Games tied to your Google account after Play Games sign-in.

    • You can clear the cloud backup from Settings when resetting progress.

    Game Center & Google Play Games

    If you use platform game services, Apple or Google may process:

    • A platform player identifier and display name
    • Leaderboard scores and achievement unlocks

    Those features are provided by Apple Game Center or Google Play Games Services under their own privacy terms.

    Advertising & Purchases

    When ads are enabled, Google AdMob may collect advertising identifiers and related device data to show banner or rewarded ads. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play; we do not receive your full payment-card number.

    Crash Reporting

    If enabled, we may capture app errors to diagnose crashes, such as error message, stack trace, app version, platform, and timestamp. Reports are not used to build advertising profiles.

    Children’s Privacy

    The game is designed for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
