The App stores gameplay information on your device. Apple, Google,
and advertising services may also process limited information when
you use their features.

• Device and app information: device type, operating
  system and app version, diagnostics, IP address, and advertising
  identifiers where permitted. This information is primarily
  processed by the platform stores and Google AdMob.
• Game data: progress, scores, coins, power-ups,
  achievements, settings, inventory, statistics, and unlocked
  levels. This data is stored locally and may be saved to your
  platform cloud account when platform game services are available.

1.2 Information You Provide

• Support inquiries (optional): details you send us
  in support emails (e.g., device model, OS version).

1.3 Platform and Service Data

• Game Center or Google Play Games player identifiers and display names.
• Cloud-save data, leaderboard scores, ranks, and achievement progress.
• App Store or Play Store purchase receipts and entitlement status.
• Advertising impressions and performance data processed by Google AdMob.
• Device-generated error logs and crash diagnostics.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Run the game, preserve progress, and manage purchases.
• Synchronize progress between devices using the same platform account.
• Submit and display leaderboard scores and achievement progress.
• Authenticate through Game Center or Google Play Games. Brick Bounce does not create a separate account.
• Troubleshoot crashes, fix bugs, and balance gameplay.
• Show banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads through Google AdMob.

3.1 Apple Game Center and iCloud

• Purpose: Apple authentication, iCloud Saved Games, leaderboards, and achievements.
• Data: Game Center player information, game progress, scores, and achievements.

4. Data Storage & Security

• Local storage: most gameplay data.
• Cloud storage: iCloud on Apple devices and Play Games Saved Games on Android.
• No separate backend: Brick Bounce does not maintain a separate cloud account database.
• Security: industry-standard safeguards; no system is 100% secure.

5. Data Retention

• Local data: remains until you delete the app or clear its data.
• Platform cloud data: retained according to your
  Apple or Google account settings and those providers’ retention
  policies. Brick Bounce does not keep a separate copy in a
  developer-operated database.

6. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

The App offers optional one-time purchases and an auto-renewable
VIP Monthly subscription. Payment is processed by
Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We do not receive or store
your full payment card details. Purchase receipts and subscription
status may be used to unlock entitlements (ad removal, coins,
cosmetics, VIP benefits).

7. Advertising & Opt-Out

The App may include banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads.

Opt-Out:

• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → disable tracking.
• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization.

Purchasing “Remove Ads” or an active VIP subscription (if offered)
stops interstitial ads; that preference may be stored.

8. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Your Rights

• Manage your Game Center, iCloud, Google Play Games, and Saved Games data through the applicable platform account and device settings.
• Contact us with questions about data handled directly by the App.
• Limit ad personalization in device settings.
• Uninstall the app to remove local data.

10. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data.

• Apple and Google, when necessary to provide platform saves, leaderboards, achievements, purchases, and advertising.
• Advertising partners through AdMob, using device or advertising identifiers where permitted.
• Authorities or other parties when required by law.

11. International Transfers

Your data may be processed internationally where our providers operate.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. The “Last updated” date will change when we do.
